Natural building materials are widely available and we are in touch with builders specialized in sustainable building. The average cost per square meter is around 1800 N.Z.$ if you let build. That cost can be reduced if you contribute to the process yourself.
We recommend the installation of solar power to become independent from public sources and to reduce overhead.
The titles range from 3000 – 5000 square meters, which is plenty to do your own organic gardening. There are also organic farmers and vineyards in the area.
The water supply will be filtered and energized to assure high quality drinking water for everyone.
